      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      AS Grüne Fee Eesti on 1993. aastal asutatud Eesti - Soome ühisettevõte. Aktsiaseltsi põhitegevusala on köögiviljakasvatus katmikalal. Kasvatatavatest kultuuridest on oluliseimad kurk, salat frillice, lehtsalat ning mitmed populaarsed maitsetaimed eesotsas tilli ja peterselliga.

      Ettevõtte käive ulatus 2025.aastal 12,565 miljoni euroni. Valmistoodangut eksporditi aruandeperioodil 601,7 tuhande euro eest. Müügikäibe kasv tulenes tooteportfelli laiendamisest ning aktiivsetest müügikampaaniatest koduturul.

      Aasta keskmine töötajate arv oli 101. Töötasudeks koos sotsiaalmaksuga kulus 3,15 miljonit eurot. Nõukogu liikmete tööd ei tasustatud.

      Lähiaasta investeeringute kese on suunatud uue kurkide kasvuhoone ehitamisele, mis tagab värske ja kvaliteetse kodumaise tooraine parema kättesaadavuse talveperioodil ning aitab muuhulgas oluliselt vähendada energiaga seotud kulusid, toetades ettevõtte vastutustundlikku arengut.

      Finantsinstrumentide finantsriskide maandamise eesmärgiks on tagada piisavalt likviidseid vahendeid kohustiste täitmiseks. Riskide maandamiseks hoiustab ettevõte rahalisi vahendeid ainult kõrge krediidireitinguga pankades ja jälgib hoolikalt kõikide klientide maksedistsipliini. Valuuta -ja börsikursside muutumisega seotud riske ettevõttel 2025. aastal ei olnud.

      Ettevõtte äritegevus ei ole hooajaline ja ettevõtte tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskonna-ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. Oleme täiendavalt panustanud keskonda hoidvatesse lahendustesse, tehes koostööd erinevate biogaasi tootvate jaamadega, kuhu suunasime 404 tonni jagu ettevõttes tekkinud biojäätmeid, mida kasutatakse rohegaasi tootmisel.
