      Simm OÜ peamine tegevusvaldkond on toiduainetööstuse varustamine erinevate pakenditega, sh pakkekilede, etikettide ja muu pakendiga.

      Aruandeaastal tegeleti tavapärase äritegevusega, olulisi investeeringuid ning arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekuid ei tehtud.

      2023. aastal oli ettevõttes kaks töölepinguga töötajat, kellest üks on juhatuse liige.

      Raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamise perioodil ei ole toimunud olulisi sündmusi, mis ei kajastu raamatupidamise aastaaruandes, kuid mis oluliselt võiksid mõjutada järgmiste majandusaastate tulemusi.

      Järgmisel aruandeperioodil jätkatakse tegevust samas valdkonnas ning suuri muutusi ei planeerita.
