      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ Conectra on asutatud 15.10.1997. aastal Rootsi ettevõtjate poolt. Aastast 2022. juhib ettevõtet Conectra AB juhatuse liige Pertti Matti Kerola ja alates 14.05.2025 on Conectra OÜ omanik 100% Conectra Finance OÜ.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusaladeks on mööblinaha, tekstiilmaterjalide ja nendest valmistatud pooltoodete müük, õmblus- ja polsterdusteenuste osutamine ning kaupade import ja eksport.

      2025 aastal tegutses ettevõte jätkuvalt oma põhitegevusaladel. Peamisteks klientideks olid kodu-, kontori-, auto-, laeva- ja hotellisisustuse sektoris tegutsevad ettevõtted. Jätkati Monitor ERP süsteemi kasutamist ning LEAN-põhimõtete rakendamist tootmise efektiivsuse ja kvaliteedi parandamiseks.

      Ettevõtte oma kaubamärk „CONECTRA“ jätkas kasvu ning 2025. aastal suurenes märgatavalt oma brändi toodete müük nii Eestis kui ka välisturgudel.

      Aasta jooksul oli märgata laeva- ja paadisisustuse sektori taastumist ning uute klientide lisandumist. Projektipõhiste tellimuste kasv aitas suurendada tootmismahtusid ning tugevdada ettevõtte turupositsiooni. Ettevõte keskendus jätkuvalt kõrgema lisandväärtusega toodetele ja keerukamatele õmbluslahendustele.

      2025. aastal jätkus kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi arendamine vastavalt ISO 9001 standardi nõuetele eesmärgiga tõsta kvaliteeti ja tugevdada ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet rahvusvahelistel turgudel.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on ettevõtte finantsseisund stabiilne ning ettevõte täidab oma kohustusi õigeaegselt. Juhtkond ei näe olulisi riske ettevõtte tegevuse jätkuvusele ning peab ettevõtte arenguväljavaateid positiivseks.
