      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Meliva on Eesti juhtiv eratervishoiuettevõte, mis pakub kõige laiapõhjalisemat valikut terviseteenuseid, tagades patsiendile tervikliku raviteekonna ja kõrge kvaliteedi. 2025. aasta oli Melivale taas oluline kasvuaasta, kus uute ühinemiste kõrval suurendasime olemasolevate teenuste valikut ja mahtu ning juurutasime uuenduslikke terviselahendusi nii era- kui ka äriklientidele.

      Meliva eesmärk on, et tervise eest hoolitsemine oleks teadlikult juhitav teekond ning õigel ajal tegutsemine oleks lihtne, arusaadav ja kättesaadav. Alates ennetusest ja varajasest märkamisest kuni ravi, taastumise ja järjepideva jälgimiseni.

      Meil on kolmekümneaastane tervishoiuteenuste pakkumise kogemus, oleme tööandja rohkem kui 1000 liikmelise spetsialistide tiimile (kellest 80% on arstid ja muu meditsiiniline personal) ning omame üle-eestilist võrgustikku: 22 asukohta, viis meditsiinilise erivarustusega tervisebussi ning arsti ja spetsialistide kaugvastuvõttu võimaldav Digikliinik.

      2025. aastal tehti Melivas kokku 395 tuhat hambaarsti, üld- ja eriarsti, töötervishoiuarsti, vaimse tervise või muu teenuse visiiti. Võrreldes 2024. aastaga kasvas visiitide arv 6 protsenti (2024 aastal oli 374 tuhat visiiti) ehk keskmiselt ligikaudu 1600 visiidini tööpäevas.

      Meie ambitsioon on olla Eesti erameditsiini lipulaev: kõrge ravikvaliteediga, eristuvalt hea patsiendikogemusega ning hea tööandja ja usaldusväärne partner nii eraisikutest kui tööandjatest klientidele.

      Lisaks panustame aktiivselt ühiskondlikku diskussiooni Eesti tervishoiusüsteemi tuleviku üle, tõstatades olulisi teemasid nagu elanikkonna tervena elatud aastate pikendamine, ennetustöö tõhustamine ning tervishoiu rahastamise pikaajaline jätkusuutlikkus.

      Meliva kuulub rohkem kui sajandipikkuse kogemusega ning Euroopas pidevalt oma tegevust laiendavale

      Soome tervishoiuettevõttele Mehiläinen, kes tegutses 2025. aasta lõpuks lisaks Soomele ja Eestile veel

      Rootsis, Saksamaal, Leedus, Rumeenias ja Serbias.

      Ülevaade majandusnäitajatest 2025. aastat iseloomustas püsivalt keeruline olukord majanduses, mis väljendus eraisikute ostujõu jätkuvas vähenemises tulenevalt maksutõusudest ja vinduvast majandusolukorrast, äriklientide ettevaatlikus lähenemises kulutustele ning Tervisekassa piiratud ressursidest. 2025. aastal tõusis käibemaks 2 protsendipunkti võrra, mis avaldab tervishoiusektoris otsest mõju materjalide, teenuste ja ruumide kasvavate sisseostuhindade näol. Tarbijahinnaindeksi jätkuvalt kõrge tõus kajastus teenuste ja ruumide kuludes. Alates 1. novembrist 2024 jõustus Eestis tervishoiuteenuseosutajatele kohustuslik vastutuskindlustus, mis pea kümnekordistas kindlustuskulusid. Palgakulude kasvu survestas jätkuv nõudlus tervishoius spetsialistide järele.

      Hoolimata keerulisest majandusolukorrast ületas Meliva müügikäive 2025. aastal kokku 62 miljonit eurot, kasvades eelmise aastaga võrreldes 11% (2024. aasta müügikäive oli 56 miljonit eurot). Aruandeaasta lõppes 2,2 miljoni euro suuruse puhaskasumiga (2024. aastal oli puhaskasum 0,9 miljonit eurot). 2025. aastal tehti investeeringuid kokku 1,9 miljonit eurot (2024. aastal tehti investeeringuid 8,1 miljonit eurot).
