      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Sissejuhatus:

      Osaühing Attila on 1993. aastal loodud ettevõte, mille põhitegevuseks on metallilõikeriistade ning tööpingi kinnitustarvikute hulgi- ja projektimüük. Ettevõtte klientideks on valdavalt Eesti Vabariigis tegutsevad masinaehitus- ja peenmehaanika ettevõtted. 32-e aastaga oleme saavutanud klientide usalduse tänu kõrgele tarnekindlusele, kompetentsusele ja koostöövalmisdusele. Laovalmidus võimaldab komülekteerida CNC-tööpingi tööriistapargi kasvõi samal päeval.

      2025 kevadel soetati 100% osalus ettevõttes DV-Tools. 1. juunil 2025. aastal ühendati DV-Tools osaühing Attilaga. Ühise meeskonnana saame pakkuda veel paremat teenus laiema tootevaliku, kiiremate tarnete kui professionaalsema klienditeeninduse näol.

      Üldised majandustulemused: 2025. aasta müügituluks kujunes 3,2 miljonit eurot (2024: 2,46 miljonit eurot). Ettevõte teenis puhaskasumit 306 tuhat eurot (2024: 211 tuhat eurot). Ettevõtte bilansimaht kasvas 297 tuhande euro võrra.

      Müügitulude tõus oli aruande aastal 716 tuhat eurot (2024: tõus 110 tuhat eurot).

      Investeeringud:

      Aruandeaastal soetati põhivara 124 tuhande euro väärtuses (2024: 145 tuhat eurot).

      Veebruaris 2025. aastal kolisime uuele aadressile Läike tee 42 Peetris. Uus stock-office andis meile võimaluse mugandada hoone sisemust vastavalt meie vajadustele. Oleme ehitanud valmivasse hoonesse ka korruslao, mis lisab meie laopinda olulisel määral.

      Investeeringud uude hoonesse jätkuvad ka veel 2026 aastal kuni hoone laopinna ja riiulisüsteeminde lõpliku valmimiseni.

      Personal:

      Aruandeaastal oli ettevõttes põhikohaga tööl keskmiselt 11 töötajat (2024 a. 11 töötajat). Tööjõukuludeks kujunes 552 tuhat eurot (2024 a. 522 tuhat eurot). Juhatuses oli üks liige töötasuga 42 tuhat eurot (2024 a. 41 tuhat eurot).
