      See, et E-PROFIIL AS  (pankrotis) on raskustes, oli teada juba 2016 aastal, mil tekkisid esimesed maksuvõlad. Ettevõte, mis tootis metallkonstruktsioone ei olnud kahjuks suuteline omaenda konstruktsiooni varingu eest kindlustama.  Veel möödunud aasta hilissügisel püüdis E-PROFIIL AS juhtkond teha halva mängu juures head nägu ning räägiti lootusrikkalt ettevõtte saneerimisest, mis pidavat taaskord peo kõigi õuele tooma. Korralikult ümbermõeldud tegevuskavad olla valmis ja vaja ainult pihta hakata. Kui keegi seda uskuma jäi, siis sai ta petta. Pankrot kuulutati välja 18.01.2018. Esimene võlausaldajate üldkoosolek toimub 15.02.2018, kus hakatakse ettevõttest läbi käinud ja võlgu oldavaid miljoneid lahkama. Ettevõtte eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum viimase aruande järgi oli 4,6 miljonit eurot. E-PROFIIL AS hingekirjas olnud 193 töötaja saatused on aga nüüd nende endi kätes.
