Tutvustus

Aktsiaselts Usesoft (edaspidi Usesoft) on tarkvaralahendustele spetsialiseerunud Eesti IT-firma, mis keskendub peamiselt ehitus- ja tootmisvaldkonna ettevõtetele suunatud tarkvaralahenduste pakkumisele. Ettevõte on tegutsenud juba alates 1991. aastast ja hetkel töötab

Usesoftis enam kui 20 spetsialisti ja konsultanti.

Tooted ja teenused

Usesofti põhitoodete hulka kuuluvad majandustarkvara lahendused tootmisvaldkonnale ja ehitusvaldkonna lahendused. Ehitusvaldkonna lahendustes pakutakse Autodeski projekteerimistarkvara müüki ja spetsialistide koolitust ning konsultatsioone. Usesoft on Autodeski kuldpartner.

Usesoft'il on autoriseeritud koolituskeskus, mis tõstab mainet ja usaldusväärsust Autodeski tarkvaralahenduste müümisel ja koolitamisel.

Majandustarkvara ProdMaster aitab suurendada ettevõtete efektiivsust tootmisressursside haldamisel ja planeerimisel. Lisaks pakub Usesoft ka infotehnoloogia infrastruktuuri lahendusi, mis hõlmavad seadmete ja tarkvara hankimist, paigaldamist ja haldust ning kasutajatoe pakkumist.

Ettevõte on Microsofti partner, mis võimaldab pakkuda tarkvara kasutajatele tunduvalt paremat teeninduskvaliteeti. Kuna Usesoft on spetsialiseerunud konkreetsetele valdkondadele ja omab tugevat positsiooni tarkvaralahenduste turul, on ettevõttel positiivne väljavaade ja suurepärane potentsiaal edasiseks kasvuks. Ettevõte kavatseb jätkata oma fookuse hoidmist pilvelahendustel ja digitaliseerimisel, mis on tulevikutrendid muutunud ettevõtlusmaastikul.

Majandustulemused

Usesofti fookus 2024. aastal oli pilvelahendustel ja digitaliseerimisel. Ettevõtte käive vähenes võrreldes eelneva aastaga 8%, jäädes 3,06 miljoni euroni. Käibe langus on tingitud peamise müügipartneri Autodeski klientidele suunatud ostukogemuse muudatusest, mille tulemusel arveldavad tavakliendid otse Autodeskiga. Muudatus jõustus septembris 2024, aga käive langes aastas 8%, mis näitab, et Usesofti üldstrateegia on olnud edukas ning ettevõte on suutnud oma tooteid ja teenuseid edukalt müüa oma sihtgrupile.

Aruandeaasta kasum vähenes 75% võrreldes eelmise aastaga ja seda peamiselt tulusamate tegevuste nagu koolituste ja muude teenuste vähenenud müügi tõttu. Antud teenuste müügi vähenemine on kooskõlas ehitus- ja tootmissektoris valitseva majandusliku langusega. Samuti on kasvanud palgakulud.

Hooajalisuse risk

Hooajalisuse risk ei ole Usesofti jaoks oluline, kuna ettevõtte pakutavad lahendused on seotud tootmis- ja ehitusvaldkondadega, mis on vähem tundlikud hooajaliste kõikumiste suhtes. See võimaldab ettevõttel tagada stabiilse ja jätkusuutliku äritegevuse.

Valuutakursside muutumise riskid

Ettevõte tegutseb peamiselt Eesti turul ja tehingud toimuvad enamasti eurodes. Samas võib pikemaajaliste tarkvaralepingute puhul (nt avalikus sektoris) dollarikursi muutumine mõjutada hinna kujunemist.

Investeeringud

Investeeringute osas ei suurenenud maht võrreldes eelneva aastaga, kuid ettevõte kavatseb tulevikus jätkata investeeringuid uutesse tehnoloogiatesse ja lahendustesse, et hoida sammu pidevalt muutuva tarkvaraturuga.

Personal

Personal on Usesofti jaoks väga oluline ning ettevõte on pühendunud oma spetsialistide arendamisele ja motiveerimisele, et säilitada parimad talendid. Usesofti meeskond koosneb kogenud spetsialistidest ja konsultantidest, kes on valmis pakkuma klientidele parimaid lahendusi ja teenuseid. Hetkel töötab Usesoftis enam kui 20 spetsialisti ja konsultanti.
