      Aktsiaseltsi Stik – Elekter põhitegevuseks on elektriinstallatsioonitööd.

      Aktsiaseltsi Stik – Elekter 2025 aasta realiseerimise netokäive oli 2062,2 tuhat eurot ja aruande aasta kahjum -87,9 tuhat eurot.

      2024 aasta realiseerimise netokäive oli 2027,9 tuhat eurot ja aruande aasta kahjum -166,3 tuhat eurot.

      Kasumi kasv (%) = -(puhaskasum 2025-puhaskasum 2024)/puhaskasum 2024 x 100

      Puhasrentaablus (%) = puhaskasum/ müügitulu x 100

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja ( kordades) = käibevara/lühiajalised kohustused

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum/ varad kokku x 100

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum/ omakapital kokku x 100

      Aruandeaastal olid ettevõtte tooted teenused järgmised: 1. Elektri sise- ja välispaigaldise ehitus 2. Elektritööde teostamine Soomes 2. Elektripaigaldiste käit ja hooldus 3. Elektri sisepaigaldiste ning elektri-ja sidevõrkude projekteerimine.

      2025. aasta kahjumi tingis endiselt jätkuv materjalide hinnatõus ja käibe langus. 2026. aasta eesmärgiks on lõpetada kasumiga.

      Aktsiaselts Stik – Elekter juhatus koosneb kahest inimesest. Nõukogu on kolmeliikmeline. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele juhatuse ja nõukogu liikme tasusid makstud ei ole. Juhatuse liikmed töötavad töölepinguga ja neile makstud tasude kogusumma oli 100 841 eurot.
