      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      OÜ Kureoja Farm põhitegevusalaks on seakasvatus.

      OÜ Kureoja Farm alustas aktiivset majandustegevust alates 2003 septembrist.

      2022.a müügitulu oli 471 871 eurot (2021: 1 795 555), kahanedes aastaga 73,7 %. Müügitulust moodustas 100 % (2021.a. 100 %) sigade müük. Ettevõtte 2022.aasta kahjum moodustas 35 406 (2021.a. kasum 161 300) eurot. OÜ Kureoja Farm müügitulust moodustas 62,5 müük Eestisse.

      Aruandeperioodil investeeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse 18 497 (2021 :509 167 ) eurot.

      OÜ Kureoja Farm keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 2 töötajat. 2022.aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 39 626 eurot (2021.a. 243 220 eurot). Ettevõtte juhataja tasu oli 12 000 eurot. Nõukogu ettevõttel ei ole. Juhatajaga lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      2023.aastal korrastatakse juhtimisstruktuur ja tõstetakse majanduslikku efektiivsust tagamaks normaalse äritegevuse jätkumist.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul ei tekita negatiivne käibekapital ettevõttele majandusraskusi 2023. aastal, kuna vastavalt rahavoogude prognoosile suudab ettevõte katta kõik lühiajalised kohustused.
