      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Osaühing Pahkla Puitmaja loodi 1998. aastal. Kuni 2004.a. kevadeni aktiivne majandustegevus puudus.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. Juhatuse liikme tasu maksti aruandeaastal 9 659 eurot (2022: 9 000 eurot) ja sotsiaalmaksukulu moodustas 3188 eurot (2022: 2 964 eurot).

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023. aastal moodustas OÜ Pahkla Puitmaja müügitulu kokku 62 220 eurot (2022: 139 817 eurot), tegevusalaks oli ehituslik insenertehniline projekteerimine ja nõustamine. Tulu saadi ka kasvava metsa raieõiguse võõrandamisest (20 000 eurot).

      Ostetud teenuste kulu moodustas 5 900 eurot (2022: 28 357 eurot) ja mitmesugused tegevuskulud moodustasid 14 534 eurot (2022: 22 855 eurot).
