      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Harviker põhitegevuseks on mööbli tootmine ja müük. 2024.majandusaasta aruanne on koostatud eurodes, lähtutud on raamatupidamise seaduse raamatupidamisaruannete koostamise põhimõtetest. Kasutatakse kasumiaruande skeem nr.1. Osaühingu juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest, kellele juhtimistasu Äriseadustiku § 180 järgi ei makstud.

      27.11.2017.a omandas OÜ Harviker saematerjali tootmise ettevõtte AS Roni REM osad 100% ulatuses.

      Konsolideerimisgrupp koosneb emaettevõttest ja 100% tütarettevõttest Roni Rem.

      Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemid:

      Tulu kasv % = (müügitulu 2024-müügitulu 2023) /müügitulu 2023*100

      Brutokasum = müügitulu-kauba –ja materjalikulud

      Brutokasumi määr % = brutokasum/müügitulu*100

      Kasumi kasv % = (puhaskasum 2024-puhaskasum 2023) /puhaskasum2023*100

      Puhasrentaablus % = puhaskasum/müügitulu*100

      Lühiajaliste kohustiste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara/lühiajalised kohustised

      Maksevalmiduse kordaja = raha/ lühiajalised kohustised

      Omakapitali võlasiduvus = kohustised/omakapital 2024.aastaks olid avaliku sektori tellimused Skandinaavias kokku tõmbunud. Kulutused mööblile ja muudele sisustuselementidele viidi miinimumini. Turul oli tunda tugevat hinnasurvet ning sektoris oli palju vaba tootmisvõimsust.

      Selle põhjusena vähenes Harvikeri käive mööbli osas 2024.a. oluliselt. Positiivseid suundumisi ei olnud ka USA turul. Majandus ei olnud küll languses, aga olulisi otsuseid enne sügisel toimuvaid presidendivalimisi ei tehtud. Esialgne optimism majandusolukorra muutmiseks on asendunud jätkuva määramatusega. 2024 muutus täielikult USA turule tarnitavate toodete sortiment ning kuna vana toodangu laoseis taheti viia miinimumini ning uute artiklite müük võttis aega, siis kogesime langust ka käibes. Olulisi investeeringuid ei tehtud, need lükati edasi aastasse 2025

      OÜ Harviker majandustegevus ei ole tsükliline. Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil ilmnenud valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumisega seonduvad riskid on ebaolulised.

      Juhtkond hindab kontserni suutlikkust jätkata tegutsevana. Kinnitame, et kontsern on meie parima teadmise ja hinnangute kohaselt jätkuvalt tegutsev.
