      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Estinger OÜ põhiliseks tegevusalaks on toiduainetööstustele vajalike lisaainete sissevedu ja turustamine.

      2025. majandusaastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu 1,14 miljonit eurot ja võrreldes eelmise majandusaastaga müügitulu kahanes.

      OÜ Estinger majandustulemustele avaldas mõju eelkõige üldine majanduslangus ning jaekaubanduse müügitulude vähenemine, mis on seotud ebastabiilsusega maailmas.

      OÜ Estinger äritegevus ei ole hooajaline ning majandustegevus ei ole tsükliline, samuti ei kaasne majandustegevusega olulist mõju keskkonnale.

      Majandusaasta jooksul ega ka aruande koostamisperioodil ei ole ilmnenud valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumisega seonduvaid olulisi riske.

      Tegevusvaldkondadesse järgneval majandusaastal muudatusi ei ole planeeritud. Samuti ei ole toimunud aruandeaastal ja ka planeeritud järgmistel aastatel väljaminekuid arendustegevuse projektidesse.

      Juhatuse liikmele aruandeaastal arvestatud tasu moodustas 6 tuhat eurot. Soodustusi juhatuse liikmele ei ole arvestatud ja muid potentsiaalseid kohustusi ei ole.

      Keskmine töötajate arv 2025. majandusaastal oli 2 ja tööjõukulude üldsumma koos juhatuse liikme tasuga moodustas 72,8 tuhat eurot.

      Sündmusi, mis võiksid mõjutada järgmiste majandusaastate tulemusi, aruandeaastal ei toimunud.
