      Osaühingu Furnico põhitegevuseks on mööbli tootmine ning toodetud mööbli hulgimüük.

      Majandusaasta aruanne on koostatud konsolideeritud aruandena, kuna 2025. aasta pooleteise esimese kuu jooksul oli Osaühingul Furnico tütarühing – Rave Mööbel OÜ, milles Osaühingule Furnico kuulus 97,59%-line osalus. 2025. aasta veebruari keskel viidi lõpule kontserni ümberkorraldus, mille käigus võõrandas Osaühing Furnico (jagunemise teel) oma osaluse Rave Mööbel OÜ-s ühele teisele

      Osaühinguga Furnico samasse kontserni kuuluva ühingule (Osaühingu Furnico nö „õele“).

      Muudatus tehti kontserni struktuuri ja juhtimise ratsionaliseerimiseks ning halduskulude vähendamiseks. See muudatus oli peamiseks põhjuseks, miks Osaühingu Furnico konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2025. aastal oluliselt väiksem 2024. aasta omast (Osaühingu Furnico 2025. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulus kajastub vaid 2025. aasta kahe esimese kuu Rave Mööbel OÜ müügitulu).

      2025. aastal olid Osaühingu Furnico peamisteks turgudeks jätkuvalt Soome, Eesti, Norra ja Rootsi.

      Osaühing Furnico oli jätkuvalt oma peamistel sihtturgudel aktiivne, võttes osa messidest Soomes,

      Norras ja Rootsis. Tegevuskeskkond jäi 2025. aastal üldjoontes samaks nagu varem.

      Osaühingu Furnico laenukapitali intressimäärad on seotud EURIBOR-iga. 2025. aastal EURIBOR langes. See langus koos laenukohustiste vähenemisega tõi kaasa ka intressikulude vähenemise.

      Kuigi Osaühing Furnico sooritas 2025. aastal tehinguid ka välisvaluutades, ei olnud valuutakursimuutuste mõju Osaühingu Furnico tegevusele siiski oluline, sest suurem osa tehingutest toimub eurodes.

      2025. aasta suuremaks põhivarainvesteeringuks oli tootmishoone katuse vahetus. See protsess jätkub 2026. aastal. 2025. aasta põhivarainvesteeringute suurus moodustas kokku veidi alla 280 tuhande euro.

      Osaühing Furnico annab stabiilselt tööd veidi enam kui 140-le inimesele. Raamatupidamise aastaaruandes toodud suurem number on tingitud sellest, et kuni 2025. aasta veebruarikuu keskpaigani läksid keskmise töötajate arvu arvutusse ka Rave Mööbel OÜ töötajad.

      Oluline on märkida, suurem osa Osaühingu Furnico töötajatest töötab Narvas. Selliselt annab

      Osaühing Furnico olulise panuse tööhõivesse Ida-Virumaal. Lisaks mainitud sotsiaalsele panusele üritab Osaühing Furnico olla jätkuvalt eesrindlik keskkonnaalastes küsimustes. Selleks panustab

      Osaühing Furnico keskkonnasäästlikuma toodete väljaarendamisse. See peaks aitama vähendada

      Osaühingu Furnico keskkonnaalast (eelkõige CO2) jalajälge.

      2026. aastaks prognoosib Osaühing Furncio müügimahu langus. Selleks põhjuseks on ühe suure

      Soome kliendi pankrotistumine 2026. aasta alguses. Kompenseerimaks sellest tingitud mõju, on

      Osaühing Furnico hakanud aktiivselt arendama oma müügitegevust Rootsi turul. Selle tulemusena võib oodata ka erinevate turgude suhtelise olulisuse vahekorra muutust.

      Osaühingu Furnico kontserni peamised finantssuhtarvud majandusaasta ning sellele eelnenud majandusaasta kohta on järgmised.
