      Sissejuhatus

      Flint Kaubandus OÜ on asutatud 1993. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on põllumajandustehnika ja varuosade müük. Tegevuseks omab ettevõte kauplust, ladu ja hooldekeskust.

      Alates 2026 aastast on Flint Kaubandus OÜ ainuosanikuks Kõrgesaare OÜ otseneosalus 100%.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2025. aastal moodustas müügitulu 3 467 229 eurot ning aruandeaasta kasum 332 483 eurot.

      Suhtarvude põhjal oli ettevõtte finantsseis 2025. aastal tugev: likviidsus püsis hea, omakapitali osakaal varadest oli kõrge ning võlakoormus madal.

      Investeeringud põhivarasse 2025. aastal olulisi investeeringuid põhivarasse ei tehtud.

      Personal 2025. aastal oli keskmine töötajate arv 11. Tööjõukulu arvestati kokku 293 891 eurot, millest palgakulu moodustas 222 173 eurot ja sotsiaalmaksud 71 718 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele ei ole ette nähtud seadusandluses kehtestatust erinevaid kompensatsioone ega hüvitisi nende tagasikutsumisel või omal soovil lahkumisel.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Flint Kaubandus OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on säilitada oma turupositsioon ning leida uusi võimalusi klientide paremaks teenindamiseks. Juhatus usub, et kasutusele on võetud vajalikud meetmed ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse tagamiseks praegustes tingimustes.
