      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Are STK peamine tegevusala on seemnekasvatus, taimekasvatussaaduste tootmine ja põllumajandussaaduste müük, taimekaitsetööd.

      OÜ Are STK majandustegevuse kahjum 2024 oli 31330 eurot., kahjum 2023 aastal 52926. Kahjum tekkis kütusehindade tõusuga, tehnika remont,samuti sihtfinantseerimiseks toetuste osatähtsuse vähenemine. Kuludesse tuli kanda ka lootusetud debitoorsed võlad. Kahjum põhivara müügist.

      Keskmine töötajate arv oli 1, tööjõukulu oli 1376 eurot.

      2024 aastal oli töötaja töövõimetuspnsionil ja töötas osalise tööajaga.

      Tasuda on liisingut ja laene. Püüame olla maksetega maksegraafikus.,kuid seda pole täidetud,sest kohtuasi on lõppenud meie kaotusega ja lisaks tasuda vastaspoole kohtukulud ja intressid.

      OÜ Are STK juhatus on 1-liikmeline, juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu ei makstud vaid tasustati tehtud töö eest.

      Püüda leida lahendust,kuidas likvideerida võlgnevusi, müüa mitte vajalik põhivara.
