      Osaühingu tegevuspiirkonnaks on Eesti Vabariik

      Investeeringute Hoolduse OÜ on kontserni emaettevõtja

      Konsolideerimisgruppi kuulus 31.12.2023 seisuga 12 tütar ja 7 sidusettevõtjat.

      Kontserni kuuluvate konsolideerimisgrupi ettevõtete arv ja koosseis 2023.a muutus. Investeeringute Hoolduse OÜ ja Luksi Maja AS sõlmisid 11.09.2023 ühinemislepingu. Luksi Maja AS kustutati äriregistrist 08.12.2023. Investeeringute Hoolduse OÜ omandas 25.08.2023 100 % OÜ-st Chimenela.

      OÜ Äärevara, mis ei olnud tegevust alustanud, likvideeriti ja kustutati äriregistrist 19.06.2023.

      Emaettevõtja Investeeringute Hoolduse OÜ põhitegevusalad on investeerimine tütar- ja sidusettevõttesse, laenude andmine ja enda kinnisvara üürile andmine.

      Tütarettevõtjate tegevusalad on:

      AS Varalaen - raamatupidamine, maksualane nõustamine ja laenuandmine. Aktsiaselts on Finantsinspektsiooni tegevusloaga tarbijakrediidi ja hüpoteekkrediidiandja.
