      LIGUR MOTORS OÜ TEGEVUSARUANNE 2025

      Üldine ülevaade

      Ligur Motors OÜ põhitegevuseks oli 2025. aastal metallitöötlemisteenuste osutamine ning erinevate metallkomponentide valmistamine vastavalt klientide vajadustele. Ettevõte pakub klientidele terviklahendust alates projekteerimisest ja tootearendusest kuni prototüüpide valmistamise ning seeriatootmiseni.

      Lisaks mehaanilisele metallitöötlusele osutas ettevõte remondi- ja hooldusteenuseid ning tegeles piiratud mahus ka jaemüügitegevusega.

      Ettevõtte kliendibaas koosneb erinevate tööstusharude ettevõtetest.

      Majandustegevus 2025. aastal kujunes Ligur Motors OÜ müügituluks 900 010 eurot.

      Tegevusalade lõikes jagunes müügitulu järgmiselt:

      EMTAK 25531 - Metallide mehaaniline töötlemine: 640 003 eurot

      EMTAK 95311 - Remont ja hooldus: 233 640 eurot

      EMTAK 47821 - Jaemüük: 26 367 eurot

      Ettevõtte puhaskasumiks kujunes 2025. aastal 270 914 eurot

      Investeeringud ja arendustegevus 2025.aastal ei tehtud olulisi investeeringuid materiaalsesse põhivarasse ega soetatud uusi tootmisseadmeid. Samas panustas ettevõte tootearendusse, tootmisprotsesside optimeerimisse ning töö efektiivsuse suurendamisse.

      Töötajad 2025. aasta alguses töötas ettevõttes 6 töötajat ning aasta lõpuks oli töötajate arv kasvanud 8-ni. Aasta jooksul lisandus ettevõttesse kaks

      CNC-operaatorit. Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei makstud ning töötajatele ei võimaldatud olulisi erisoodustusi ega makstud täiendavaid preemiaid.

      Eksport

      Ettevõte tegeles 2025. aastal ka ekspordiga. Ekspordikäive moodustas ligikaudu 40 000 eurot. Eesmärgiks on suurendada ekspordi osakaalu ja siseneda uutele välisturgudele.

      Riskid ja tegevuskeskkond

      Ettevõtte tegevust mõjutavad peamiselt tööstussektori üldine majanduskeskkond, klientide investeerimisaktiivsus, tööjõu kättesaadavus ning toormehindade muutused.

      Eesmärgid 2026. aastaks.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte tootmisvõimekuse suurendamist ning protsesside automatiseerimist. Planeeritud on investeering uude 5-teljelisse töötluskeskusesse koos automaatikaga. Ettevõtte eesmärk on tootmisvõimsuse kahekordistamine, ekspordi kasvatamine ning terviklahenduste arendamine projekteerimisest seeriatootmiseni.

      Juhtkonna hinnang

      Juhtkonna hinnangul oli 2025. aasta edukas. Ettevõte saavutas tugeva majandustulemuse, suurendas töötajate arvu ning jätkas oma kompetentside arendamist tootearenduse, prototüüpimise ja metallitöötluse valdkonnas.
