Integration updates Greencarrier Freight Services and JAS - Greencarrier Freight Services %
It has been a few months since our last news about the acquisition by JAS Worldwide, and time has come to share some updates with you.
The acquisition has been finalized last year in November, and since then we proudly became a JAS company as represented in our new logo.
Coming from almost five years of strong partnership with JAS, the past cooperation has proven to be a solid advantage in the ongoing successful integration.
UK international division and China will be the first two countries fully merging into JAS this spring: Greencarrier Freight Services’ staff will gradually transfer to the new entities with no significant changes and everyone’s attention is entirely placed on ensuring that zero impact to the business will occur during and after the transfer.
Same concept has been adopted for all the other decisions during this integration, focusing on providing to you and to your business an uninterrupted service.
