      Üldinfo

      AS Matek tegeleb puitmajade ja – konstruktsioonide projekteerimise, tootmise ning ehitamisega. Mateki toodeteks on valdavalt ruumelemendina tehases valmistatud kortermajad ning tehases eeltoodetud kahemõõtmelised fassaadielemendid, mida kasutatakse nii vanade kortermajade soojustamiseks, kui ka uusehitustes. Tegevus ei ole eriti hooajaline ja majandus üldine tsüklilisus avaldub viivitusega. Tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. Finantsriskide maandamiseks sõlmitakse lepingud eurodes. Mateki Tallinna kontorist korraldatakse ettevõtte juhtimist, müüki, eelarvestamist, projekteerimist ning projektijuhtimist. Tootmine toimub Pärnus asuvas tehases. Tehase toodetud elemendid ning moodulid transporditakse veoautode sihtturgudel paiknevatele ehitusplatsidele, kus Mateki montaažimeeskond hooned püstitab.

      Mateki põhiturgudeks on Saksamaa, Soome, Eesti ning Island.

      Majandustegevus 2025 aasta oli sarnaselt eelneval väga madala turunõudlusega keeruline aasta kus äritegevus pealmistel turgudel oli väga tugevaid väljakutseid pakkuv. Madalast nõudlusest hoolimata realiseerus mitmeid renoveerimise ning uusarendusprojekte nii Saksamaal, Islandil kui ka Soomes ning

      Eestis. Eraldi väärib välja toomist koostöös Eesti Rahvusvahelise Arengukoostöökeskusega teostatud peremaja pilootprojekt Ukrainas; 8 kortermajast koosneva kvartali renoveerimine Saksamaal ja Mateki Soome tütarfirma realiseeritud lasteaia ehituse peatöövõtu teostamine

      Soomes.

      Põhiosa käibest moodustasid kortermajade projekteerimine, tootmine ja ehitus.

      Ettevõtte töötas 2025 a. keskmiselt 76 töötajat keskmise brutopalgaga 2 021 eurot kuus ning sotsiaalmaksu tasuti 595 tuhat eurot.
