      Üldinfo

      AS Matek tegeleb puitmajade ja – konstruktsioonide projekteerimise, tootmise ning ehitamisega. Mateki toodeteks on valdavalt ruumelemendina tehases valmistatud kortermajad ning tehases eeltoodetud kahemõõtmelised fassaadielemendid, mida kasutatakse nii vanade kortermajade soojustamiseks, kui ka uusehitustes. Enamus Mateki toodetest valmistatakse lähtuvalt meie enda poolt välja töötatud tootekontseptsioonist, mis lubab klientidele pakkuda efektiivset ning tehases väga kõrgel tasemel valmistatud ruumelementidest korteritelahendusi, kuid teatud määral pakume ka kliendi arhitektuursel nägemusel põhinevaid ruumelement ning suurelemendilahendusi. Mateki Tallinna kontorist korraldatakse ettevõtte juhtimist, müüki, eelarvestamist, projekteerimist ning projektijuhtimist. Tootmine toimub Pärnus asuvas tehases. Tehase toodetud elemendid ning moodulid transporditakse veoautode sihtturgudel paiknevatele ehitusplatsidele, kus siis Mateki montaažimeeskond hooned püstitab.       Majandustegevus 2024 aasta oli väljakutseid esitav aasta, meie senistel suurimatel turgudel Norras, Rootsis ja Soomes hoonete ehitus praktiliselt seiskus, konkurents tihenes ning sellest tulenevalt oli sõlmitud lepingute maht minimaalne. Tulenevalt ebakindlusest turul ning rahastuse osas jäid ootele mitmed sõlmitud lepingud.

      Müügi ning projektide mahu märkimisväärsest kukkumisest tulenevalt suleti Vändra tootmisüksus ning vähendati nii töötajate arvu kui ka loobuti senini kasutatud renditöötajatest.

      2024 aastal lõpetati Mateki senine suurim projekt Soomes ning realiseeriti sidusettevõtte kaudu esimene peatöövõtu renoveerimisprojekt

      Saksamaal.

      Koostöös teadus-arenduspartneritega osaletakse Euroopa Komisjoni poolt rahastatud tehaselise renoveerimise arendusprojektides Eestis ja

      Ukrainas.

      Põhiosa käibest moodustasid kortermajade projekteerimine, tootmine ja ehitus.

      Ettevõtte töötas 2024 a. keskmiselt 93 töötajat keskmise brutopalgaga 1 880 eurot kuus ning sotsiaalmaksu tasuti 704 tuhat eurot.
