      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Ehitusfirma AS Cobra Grupp ( esialgne nimi AS Kobra) on asutatud 1. oktoobril 1991. aastal. Reaalne ehitustegevus algas 1992. aasta alguses ja on kestnud tõusude ja mõõnadega käesoleva ajani. Algusaegade suuremad ja nii endale kui ka tellijale rahuolu pakkuvad objektid: AS

      Pepsico Eesti kontor Jõgeva vallas Painkülas, Palamuse kõlakoda Palamuse vallas koguni kaks korda - 1996.aastal ja täielik rekonstrueerimine 2017. aastal, Kasepää rahvamaja Kasepää vallas, Torma spordihoone jne. Viimastest aastatest Coop Jõgeva A&O kauplus Siimustis ning Muhu talu eramu koos kõrvalhoontega Roosna-Alliku vallas.

      Werol Tahaste AS pankrot 2012. aastal ning sealt laekumata jäänud nõuete tõttu ja koos masu aastate mõjuga, jäi ettevõte mitmel aastal kahjumisse.Alates 2016.aastast on töötatud väikese kasumiga. 2023. aastal oli kahjum 22 460 eurot, seda eelkõige selle tõttu, et tütarettevõte

      AS Kesk-Eesti Ärikeskus, mis tegeleb üüripindade haldamisega, andis AS Cobra Grupile 25 476 eurot kahjumit mis tekkkis eelkõige väljaüüritud pindade vähenemisega ankurrentniku lahkumise ja tema asemel uue leidmise ebaõnnestumisega.

      Lõppenud aasta suurimaks objektiks oli tööde alustamine Mustvee linnas Mustvee hooldushaigla juurdeehitusel.

      2023. aasta AS Cobra Grupp ehitustööde müügikäive( 353 202 eurot ) suurenes võrreldes 2022. aastaga ( 226 517 ) eurot).

      2024. aastal ühelgi suuremale objektile siiani lepingut ei ole, kuid on tulemas väiksemaid objekte ja teeme ka tütarettevõtte AS Kesk-Eesti rikeskuse hoone parendustöid

      AS Cobra Grupp koos tütarettevõtetega annab tööd 6 -le töötajale ja kõik grupi ettevõtted on jätkuvalt tegutsevad.
