      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Tulundusühistu “Acta” alustas tegevust 01.aprillil 1993.a.

      Tootmis-teeninduskooperatiivi “Acta” õigusjärglasena.

      Seoses töömahtude vähenemisega reklaamivaldkonnas peatas TÜH

      Acta 2020.aastal tegavuse alates märtsist 2020. 2021 aastal alustasime likvideerimisega.2022 aastal otsisime võimalusi lao jääkide müügiks.TÜ

      Pikendasime likvideerimist 2023 aasta lõpuni.Majandustegevus on 2023 aasta lõpuga lõpetatud.

      Vastavalt TÜ”Acta” üldkoosoleku otsusele on juhataja võrdsustatud juhatusega.

      Keskmine töötajate arv 2023.a. oli null (Alates 01.03.2020 töötajate arv null) ning palgakulu oli 0 eurot, Sealhulgas juhataja töötasu on 0 eurot.
