      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ IBG- Ehitus tegutseb ehitusvaldkonnas, ehituse järelevalve teostamisega, ehitus-insener– tehnilise projekteerimisega ja nõustamisega ning ettevõtte omandis oleva kinnisvara üürileandmise ja käitlusega. Ettevõte tegeleb ka kinnisvara arendusega.

      OÜ IBG- Ehitusel on kaks juhatuse liiget, kes esindavad ka ettevõtet.

      Osa nimiväärtus on 2 556 eurot.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024.aastal moodustas OÜ IBG- Ehituse müügitulu 300 619 eurot, mis vähenes võrreldes eelmise aastaga 46 875 eurot, ehk ca 13,5% (2023. aastal oli vastav näitaja 347 494 EUR).

      Projekteerimistööde kogumaksumus 2024. aastal oli ca 208 276 eurot ning ehituse omanikujärelevalvetöid teostati summas 30 443 eurot (2023.aastal 48 800 EUR).

      Ettevõtte aruandeaasta kasum oli 85 382 eurot (2023. aasta kahjum oli 125 307 EUR). 2024.aastal lisati kinnisvarainvesteeringu soetusmaksumusse 2023.aastal tehtud remondikulud summas 107 605 eurot. 2024.aastal olid kulud kinnisvarainvesteeringute ehitamiseks 154 900 eurot.

      OÜ IBG Ehituse müügitulust moodustas 2024. aastal 100% müük ja teenused Eestisse.

      Personal

      OÜ IBG- Ehituse keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 3 töötajat, kellega oni sõlmitud töölepingud . 2024.aastal olid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 73 762 eurot (2023 aastal 69 858 eurot) . Seega tööjõukulud tõusid võrreldes eelmise aastaga minimaalselt, ca 5,6%.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmele maksti töötasu.

      Eesmärgid järgmmiseks majandusaastaks 2025.aasta põhieesmärk on: 1) Olemasolevas sektoris turuosa hoidmine; 2) projekteerimises 3D projekteerimise osa edasiarendamine suuremate projektide puhul:.

      3) Kinnisvaraarenduste edasiarendamine.
