We are a consultant in the field of construction with the aim of helping contracting entities to implement construction projects in a transparent and appropriate manner. We will focus on ensuring that projects are clearly documented, that decisions are based on reliable technical knowledge and that the final result is in line with the expectations and legislation of the contracting authority. The roots of the company range from 1994 to 1994.

Many contracting authorities face uncertainty: compliance with regulatory requirements, review of construction costs, technical condition of the site and coordination with different authorities can ruin the project or cause disputes. Such issues affect both public procurement and investment and ongoing construction work by private companies.

We help projects from the perspective of the contracting authority by providing design, owner supervision, budget and value assessment, support for coordination and application for building permits, technical expertise and general consultation. We are working to ensure that the documentation is properly compiled, that the quality and conformity of the construction is independently identifiable and that the decisions are based on clear, comparable data.

Our approach is based on long-term experience: with the number of projects taken over more than two centuries and the total amount of the owner's supervision work exceeding EUR 60 million, we have repeatedly proven our ability to work with both the public and the private sector. We operate mainly in Estonia, as well as experience of international projects. We try to reduce conflicts, clarify the limits of responsibility and give customers confidence in different stages of the process.
