      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      2023 aastal olid Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks põhitegevusvaldkondadeks jätkuvalt arhitektuurne projekteerimine ning peaprojekteerijana projekteerimisprotsesside juhtimine.

      2023 töötati mitme varasematel aastatel võidetud ideevõistluse projekteerimistöödega, mis on allpool olulisemate projektidena loetletud. Lisaks osaleti edukalt mitmel uuel arhitektuurivõistlustel. Saavutati auhinnalised kohad. Võideti Tartu südalinna kultuurikeskuse ja Viljandi ordulinnuse külastuskeskkonna võistlused. 2023 aastal jõudis Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks kasumisse. Stabiilsuse on taganud jätkuv tarkvara kasutamisest tekkinud efektiivsus ning projektijuhtimise kvaliteet.

      2023 aastal töötas Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks kokku 28 erineva projektiga, millest olulisemad olid: 1. Tartu südalinna kultuurikeskus, Tartu LV 2. Seileri kvartal, Pärnu, Nordecon AS 3. Tallinna Lauluväljak, SA Tallinna Lauluväljak 4. Võsu Põhikool, Haljala Vallavalitsus 5. Narva kool ja lasteaed, Narva LV 6. Haapsalu Marienholmi elamud, Scandium Kinnisvara AS

      Meeskonna liikmeid oli aastal 2023 keskmiselt 12 ja neile makstud töötasu oli 399 tuhat eurot.

      2024. aastal alustame 2023 aastal võidetud ideevõistluste projektide elluviimist ja planeerime aktiivselt osaleda uutel arhitektuurivõistlustel.

      Alustame ja jätkame suurematest objektidest Tartu südalinna kultuurikeskuse, Viljandi ordulinnuse külastuskeskkonna, Haapsalu Marienholmi elamute ja Seileri Kvartali projekteerimist või lõpetame ehituses olevaid projekte. Aasta 2024 eesmärgiks on säilitada müügitulu 2023 aasta tasemel ning parandada ettevõtte tegevuse kasumlikkust. Samuti on planeeritud investeeringud innovatiivsetesse tarkvaradesse.
