      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025 aastal olid Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks põhitegevusvaldkondadeks arhitektuurne projekteerimine ning peaprojekteerijana projekteerimisprotsesside juhtimine.

      2025 jätkati mitme varasematel aastatel võidetud ideevõistluse projekteerimistöödega, mis on allpool olulisemate projektidena loetletud. Lisaks osaleti edukalt mitmel arhitektuurivõistlustel. Nendes saavutati rohkelt auhinnalisi kohti ja lisaks äramärkimisi valminud ehitiste aastapreemiatel.

      2025 aastal oli Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks kasumis. Stabiilsuse on taganud arhitektitöö süsteemne kvaliteet, tarkvara kasutamisest tekkinud efektiivsus ning hoolsus projektijuhtimises.

      2025 aastal töötas Osaühing Kolm Pluss Üks kokku 23 erineva projektiga, millest 8 olulisemat olid: 1. Tartu südalinna kultuurikeskus, Tartu linn 2. Pärna-Keskküla elamuarendus, Tartumaa, Embach Ehitus OÜ 3. Tallinna Lauluväljak, SA Tallinna Lauluväljak 4. Ülemiste Citys arendatav rahvusvahelise koolikompleksi laiendus, Mainor Ülemiste AS 5. Kohtla-Järve Põhikool, Kohtla-Järve linn 6. Apametsa kortermajade arendusprojekt Harku vallas, arendajate grupp 7. Jõelähtme Manniva arenduste eskiisid ja planeeringud, EGCC 8. Seileri kvartal, Pärnu, Nordecon AS

      Arhitektide töögrupp oli aastal 2025 keskmiselt 13 liikmeline ja makstud töötasu oli 521 tuhat eurot.

      2026. aastal tegeleme varasematel aastatel võidetud ideevõistluste projektide elluviimisega ja planeerime aktiivselt osaleda uutel arhitektuurivõistlustel.

      Jätkame suurematest objektidest Tartu südalinna kultuurikeskuse, Kohtla-Järve Põhikooli ja Ülemiste Citys arendatava rahvusvahelise koolikompleksiga, Tallinna Lauluväljaku, mitmete planeeringutega ja elamualade projekteerimist või lõpetame ehituses olevate projektide autorijärelvalvet. Aasta 2026 eesmärgiks on jätkuvalt kasvatada müügitulu 2025 aasta tasemelt ning parandada ettevõtte tegevuse kasumlikkust, sealhulgas laiendades arhitektuuri valdkondade konsultatsiooniteenust maastiku- ja sisearhitektuuri vallas. Samuti on planeeritud jätkata tehnoloogia investeeringud, eriti tehisintellekti kasutuslahendustesse arhitektuurses projekteerimises. Pidevalt panustame arhitektide töögrupi võimete laiapõhjalisse arengusse.
