      DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS kuulus kuni 31.01.2025 DS Smith Plc kontserni. Alates 01.02.2025 kuulume International Paper gruppi. Seoses omanikgrupi muutusega muutub uuel finantsaastal ka meie finantsaasta kalendriaasta põhiseks.

      DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS-i peamiseks tegevusalaks on surumustriga ja muundatud surumustriga papi tootmine ja turustamine, paberpapist pakendite tootmine ning turustamine Eesti Vabariigis ja väljaspool.

      DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS käive 2024/2025 oli 25,09 miljonit eurot (2023/2024 22,14 miljonit eurot). Käive Eesti turul suurenes rahaliselt seoses müügihindade tõusuga ja kasvas mahtudes uute klientide võitmise ning olemasolevate klientide mahtude tõusuga. Ekspordi mahud kasvasid Läti turule. 2025 finantsaastal ootame jätkuvalt Eesti ja Läti turumahu kasvu ning suure tõenäosusega hakkavad ka müügihinnad veelgi kasvama seoses tooraine hindade tõusuga.       AS-i äritegevus ei ole hooajaline vaid stabiilne läbi hooaja.

      DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS 2024/2025 aruandeaasta puhaskasumiks kujunes 2,18 miljonit eurot (2023/2024 aasta puhaskasum oli 2,59 miljonit eurot).

      2024/2025 finantsaastal põhimaterjalide hinnad tõusid märgatavalt maailmaturgudel kogu finantsaasta vältel ja nende langust hetkel uuel aastal näha ei ole. Jooksvalt jätkasime kulude kontrolli ning eelnevate aastate investeeringute mõju üldisesse tootmise efektiivsusesse on jätkuv.

      Ettevõtte keskkonna- ja sotsiaalsed eesmärgid on kajastatud meie emaettevõtte eesmärkides ja on leitav

      Ettevõtte 2025 aasta põhieesmärgiks on jätkuvalt ettevõtte mahtude suurendamine ning kasumlikkuse säilitamine. Samuti jätkame investeeringuid tootmisseadmete efektiivsuse ja tootmismahtude tõstmiseks.

The turnover of DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS in 2022/2023 was 24.24 million euros (2021/2022 21.32 million euros).
