      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Rentokil OÜ peamine tegevusvaldkond on kahjurite tõrje teenuse pakkumine, väiksemas osas kahjuritõrje toodete müük ja toiduhügieenikoolitus. Tõrjume üle 250 erinevat tüüpi kahjureid. Varasematel aastatel töötasime välja elektroonilise aruande oma klientidele, mis aitab saada ülevaadet kahjurite olukorrast reaalajas ja määrata riskipiirkonnad. Seoses keerulise majandusolukorraga, kus Eesti majanduskasv on olnud miinuses 10 kvartalit järjest ja inimeste palgakulud ning pidev elektrihindade tõus on mõjunud kahjulikult ka meie käibele ja kasumile. 2024. aasta neljandas kvartalis pöördus majandus siiski kasvule. Paljud kliendid on oma asutused sulgenud ja uusi kliente pole nii palju juurde tulemas. Iga ettevõte vaatab üle oma kulutused ja kuulutatakse välja vähempakkumisi. Tavaliselt ettevõtted hoidsid pikaajalisi koostöö suhteid, kuid tänaseks on peamiseks argumendiks hind. Teenuse kvaliteet on muutunud teisejärguliseks.

      Suurendame koostööd oma sõsarfirmadega Soomes ja Leedus.

      Meie missiooniks on professionaalne, usaldusväärne ja efektiivne kahjurite tõrje.

      Eesmärgiks on olla parim kahjuritõrje firma, kuna meie kliendid usaldavad Rentokili asjatundlikust kaitsta neid erinevate kahjuritest tulenevate riskide ja probleemide eest. Eeliseks on ka asjaolu, et meie tehnikud asuvad üle Eesti ja on klientidele lähedal.

      2024.a. osteti materiaalset põhivara 60 848 (2023: 62 422) euro väärtuses.

      Ettevõttes töötas aruande aasta lõpu seisuga 17 (2023: 17) töötajat. Tööjõukulud olid koos sotsiaalmaksuga 522 715 (2023: 474 324) eurot.

      Juhatuse liikme palgakulu oli 64 567 (2023: 45 743) eurot sotsiaalmaksudeta.

      Järgneval majandusaastal jätkatakse põhitegevusega. Eesmärgiks on laiendada olemasolevat kliendibaasi ja pakkuda turule uusi tooteid ja teenuseid. Aktiivselt soovime tegeleda Viiruskillerite müügiga ja kasutada rohkem elektroonilist aruandlust. Esmatähtsaks peame ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse tagamist. Oma töös kasutame aina enam keskkonnasõbralikke tooteid ja vahendeid.
