      Osaühing Valvesilm on kantud Eesti Vabariigi Äriregistrisse 14.04.1998.a. Osaühingu Valvesilm põhitegevusalaks on arvutustehnika remont, hooldus ja seadistamine ning teenuste osutamisega seonduvate kaupade müük ja programmeerimine.

      2024. majandusaastal osaühingu müügitulu moodustas 122 970 eurot ja aruandeaasta lõpetas osaühing kahjumiga -36 432 eurot.

      Seoses erakorraliselt tekkinud kuludega tekkis kahjum, mida loodame jooksva aastaga parandada.Sellega seoses loodame taastada seadusele vastava ettenähtud omakapitali.

      Töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 2. Aruandeaastal tööjõukulud kokku moodustasid 26 897 eurot .

      Osaühingu juhatus on üheliikmeline. Juhatuse liige töö eest juhatuses tasu ei ole saanud.

      2025. aastal osaühing Valvesilm jätkab tööd samal tegevusalal.
