The main activity of Bestor Grupp AS is the wholesale of construction materials and accessories.

Bestor Grupp AS is a 30-year-old company based on domestic capital, engaged in the wholesale of construction materials, being the official importer of several international brands in Estonia. Bestor Grupp AS offers a wide range of roofing, facade and interior materials, and both business and private customers can find suitable construction materials from our wide product portfolio.

Today, our products are sold in 120 stores across Estonia, in several online stores in Estonia and Finland, and in our own representative stores in Tallinn and

Tartu.

We represent several world-renowned quality brands in Estonia, such as: Eternit, Cedral, Scalamid, Forescolor, Forest Floor,

Resopal, Trespa, TepePan, Creaton, Queentile, Foamglas, Fatrafol, IKO and many others.

The majority of materials were imported from Europe, Ukraine.

99% of sales revenue was made up of sales of construction materials. The main market is in Estonia.

2022 was a successful year for the company - sales revenue increased by 35.40% and profit by 7.83%.

In 2021, a permanent place of business was registered in the Republic of Finland. The aim is to enter Finnish construction material store chains with major product groups.

In 2022, there was no research and development activity and no research and development activities are planned for 2023.

During the preparation period of the annual report, no significant events have occurred that are not reflected in the annual financial statements, but which could significantly affect the results of the following financial years.

There is no seasonality and cyclicality in the company's business and economic activities. Also, there are no significant environmental and social impacts associated with economic activity.
