      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      OÜ Eltok asutati 1992 a.Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2021 aastani oli põhitegevuseks elektri- ja fonolukudepaigaldamine ja hooldus Eesti Vabariigis ( EMTAK kood 80201 ) 2021 a. realiseerimise netokäive moodustas 32736 EUR. Tähelepanu pöörati eelkõige tootearendusele ( turvalukud ) ja äritegevuse kindlustamisele praegustel turgudel.

      OÜ Eltok liikmete töötasu möödunud periodil oe ole makstud.

      Osakapital on 6300 EUR

      Osa väiksem nimiväärtus on 1 EUR ja suurem osa peab olema 1 EUR täiskordne.

      10.03.2022 osanike poolt oli esitatud likvideerimise otsus.
