      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      AS Haberst Infra tegutseb peamiselt IT ja telekommunikatsiooni ning side- ja elektriehituse valdkonnas. Ettevõtte peamisteks tegevusvaldkondadeks on: riist- ja tarkvara müük, rentimine, paigaldus opereerimine, hooldus ja administreerimine; elektri-, telefoni- ja andmesidevõrkude rajamine erinevatel tehnoloogiatel ja nende hilisem hooldamine;

      IKT rakenduste väljatöötamine ja administreerimine;

      IKT auditite teostamine ja konsultatsioonitegevus;

      Kõne- ja kontaktikeskuste ning teiste CTI rakenduste loomine; 24/7 põhimõttel tugiteenuste osutamine.

      AS Haberst Infra osutab teenuseid üle-eestiliselt, omades esindusi Tallinnas ja Tartus. AS Haberst Infra on Saksamaa Siemens kontserni ettevõtete ja Innovaphone telekommunikatsioonisüsteemide valdkonna müügi- ja teeninduspartner Eestis.       Haberst Infra AS omab 100% osalust TCM Grupp OÜ-s. Haberst Infra AS üürib TCM Grupp OÜ-lt kontoripinda Tallinnas.

      Ettevõtte 2024.a majandusaasta konsolideeritud müügituluks kujunes 539 944 eurot, 2023.a. oli see 736 295. Ettevõtte konsolideeritud kasum enne tulumaksustamist oli 2024.a. kahjum 81 008 eurot, 2023.a. kahjum oli 52 050 eurot.

      Seisuga 31.12.2024 oli ettevõtte konsolideeritud bilansimaht 1,901 mln eurot. Ettevõtte omakapital 1,131 mln eurot moodustas bilansimahust 59 %.

      Ettevõtte tegevuse finantssuhtarvud on järgmised:

      Suhtarvude leidmise metoodika:

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja = käibevara/lühiajalised kohustused (kordades)

      Puhasrentaablus = (aruandeaasta kasum/müügitulu) x 100 (protsentides)

      ROE = (aruandeaasta kasum/omakapital) x 100 (protsentides) 2024.a palgakulud moodustasid 200 008 (koos sotsiaalmaksudega) eurot. Aktsiaseltsi nõukogu on kolmeliikmeline ja juhatus kaheliikmeline.

      Juhatuse liikmete brutotasud moodustasid 17 577 eurot. Nõukogu tööd ei tasustatud. Töötajate keskmine arv 2024.a oli 10.

      2025. aastal jätkab ettevõte tegevust oma põhitegevusaladel.
