      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Filiclean OÜ põhitegevusalaks on puhastus- ja koristusteenuste osutamine. Klientidele pakutakse nii igapäevast koristust kui ka eripuhastustöid.

      Teenust osutatakse peamiselt Harju maakonnas, kuid vajadusel ka mujal Eestis.

      2024.a. märksõnadeks oli püsiklientide säilitamine ja ettevõtte teadvustamine uutele sihtrühmadele. Oluline osa oli kvalifitseeritud tööjõu otsimisel ning meeskonna kujundamisel.

      2024a. müügitulu oli 123 998 EUR, mis on 18,06 % suurem kui 2023a. müügitulu (2023.a. oli müügitulu 105 031 EUR).

      2024.aasta eesmärgiks oli müügitulu suurendamine 10% ja see sai täidetud..

      2025.a. peamisteks eesmärkideks on jätkuvalt aktiivne müük, püsiklientide säilitamine, nende arvu suurendamine ning teenuste kvaliteedi parendamine. Kvaliteetse teenuse osutamiseks on plaanis jätkata ettevõtte masinapargi uuendamist, soetada uusi puhastusseadmeid ja -tarvikud. Jätkuvalt on tähtis roll töötajate koolitamisel. Eesmärgiks on ka töötajate motivatsiooni ning erialaste teadmiste suurendamine, mille tulemusena tõuseks ettevõtte tulemuslikkus.

      Plaanis on alustada riigihangetel osalemiseks vajalike kvalifikatsiooni tõendavate sertifikaatide omandamise protsessiga.

      Fookuses on jätkuvalt kulude kontroll. Vaadatakse üle senised kokkulepped tarnijatega ning otsitakse uusi koostööpartnereid ja –lahendusi.

      2025.a. eesmärgiks on müügitulu kasv 10%.

      2024.a. oli ettevõtte keskmine töötajate arv 5 (täistööajale taandatuina 3,45) ja töötasu kokku 35 840 eurot, sellest juhatuse liikmele arvestati töötasu 8 796 eurot.

      Kasumi kasv (-vähenemine) (%) = (puhaskasum 2024 – puhaskasum 2023)/ puhaskasum 2023 * 100 %.

      Puhasrentaablus (%) = puhaskasum/ müügitulu * 100 %.

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara/ lühiajalised kohustused.

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum/ varad kokku * 100 %.

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum/ omakapital kokku * 100 %.
