      A.U. Voolikuvabrik OÜ on asutatud 1995. aastal. Meie põhitegevuseks on vundamendiehitus ja trassitööd.

      Kahel viimasel aastal on A.U. Voolikuvabrik OÜ müügikäive oluliselt kahanenud ja majandusaastad on lõppenud kahjumiga. Endiselt on meie sektoris suureks probleemiks oskustega töömeeste kui ka projektijuhtide leidmine. Lisaks on üldine ebastabiilne majanduskeskkond teinud nii meid kui ka kliente ettevaatlikumaks ja pigem lükatakse töid edasi. Meie eesmärk on pakkuda head tulemust mõistliku hinnaga ja meil peab olema kindlus, et klient suudab selle eest tasuda. 2025. aastal keskendusime oma ehitustehnika ja tootmisruumide parendamisele. Kõik see suurendas aruandeperioodi kahjumit, kuid tulevikku vaadates suurendab meie ehitustööde efektiivsust ja tulemuslikkust.

      Aruandeperioodi lõpuks ei vastanud osaühingu netovara seaduses toodud nõuetele. Aruande esitamise ajaks on näha meie müügikäibe olulist kasvu. Huvi meie tööde vastu on suurenenud. Juba käimasolevatele ehitustöödele lisaks on mitmed tellimused ootel. Kahjuks on selge, et meil ei ole võimalik 2026. aasta jooksul tõsta osaühingu netovara ainult kasumliku müügikäibega soovitud tasemele. Omanikud on vastu võtnud otsuse, et 2026. aasta teises pooles vaadatakse üle osaühingu majandustulemused. Vajadusel vähendatakse lihtsustatud korras osaühingu osakapitali, et vabanenud kapitali arvelt katta eelmiste perioodide kahjumit.
