      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Ursula-Maria asutati 1999.aastal. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2024.aastani k.a. olid põhitegevuseks: (cid:127) Puidu ja puidu esmatöötlustoodete hulgimüük (cid:127) Kasvuhoonete ja kasvuhoonete tarvikute jae- ja hulgimüük 2024. aastal moodustas realiseerimise netokäive 3 622 057 EUR, mis on 35,0 % võrra väike kui 2023. aastal.

      Meie eesmärkideks oli 2024.aastal kindlustada müügitulu püsiv kasv ja omakapitali hea tulutase ning reageerida kiiresti turumuutustele. OÜ

      Ursula-Maria juhtkond usub , et suudab järjest tiheneva konkurentsi tingimustes tõsta efektiivsust. Seetõttu pöörame senisest suuremat tähelepanu kulude rangele kontrollile.

      2024.aastal investeeriti põhivarasse 10099 eurot.

      OÜ Ursula-Maria ei oma välisriigis registreeritud filiaale. Uurimis- ja arendustegevuse projekte ning nendega seotud väljaminekuid aruandeaastal ei olnud.

      Tulevikuplaanid

      Venemaa ja Euroopa Liidu vahelised sanktsioonid avaldavad olulist mõju meie firma käibele, kasumile ja edasise tegevusele, kuna 70% meie äripartneritest, kellelt ostame tooteid, asuvad Venemaal. Alates 08.01.2023 kaotas meie firma Venemaalt Eestisse kasvuhoonete importimise võimalusi, mistõttu plaanime 2025.aasta müügitulu olulist vähenemist. Käesoleval ajal otsib juhtkond uusi äripartnereid väljaspool Venemaad, et säilitada oma turuosa.

      Käibe oluline vähenemine ei tekita juhtkonna hinnangul märkimisväärset kahtlust Ursula-Maria OÜ suutlikkuses jätkata jätkuvalt tegutsevana vähemalt 12 kuud peale raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamise kuupäeva.

      Ettevõtte plaanides on uute äripartnerite otsimine väljaspool Venemaad. Käesolevaga kinnitame, et ülaltoodud plaanid ja tegevused on antud asjaoludel teostatavad ja nende plaanide ja tegevuste tulemus parandaks olukorda ning annaks võimalusi müügitulu säilitamisele.
