      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Malvanter peamiseks tegevusalaks on puidu töötlemisalaste projektijuhtimisteenuste osutamine ja inseneritegevused ning nendega seotud tehniline nõustamine ( EMTAK 70201 ).

      2025 aastal teostati puidugraanuli tehaste montaaži, seadmete installatsiooni ja tehnilist nõustamist.

      Koostööpartnerid on Eestis, Rootsis, Taanis, Lätis.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2025.aastal oli müügitulu 204,2 tuh.eurot.

      Personal 2025 aastal makstud tööjõukulud koos sotsiaalmaksudega olid 105,6 tuh. eurot. Töötajate keskmine arv 2025 aastal oli 3. Juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikmetasu ei makstud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      OÜ Malvanter põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on tegevuse arendamine.
