      Osaühing Geromint (reg.nr.10489509) on asutatud 1994 aastal.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusteks on: üld- ja tsiviilaehitus; ehituse peatöövõtt; projektijuhtimis- ja transporditeenuse osutamine; ehitusjäätmete vedu ning sõiduautode-, väikebusside- ja ehitustehnika rent.

      Kõik teenused aastal 2025 on osutatud Eesti Vabariigis ja majandusaasta käibeks kujunes 2 902 867 eurot.

      Keskmine töötajate arv oli 12 töötajat ning palkade kogusumma 333 951 eurot.

      2025 aastal oli läbiviidud ettevõttes teekaardi digitaliseerimine , mille eesmärgiks oli projektijuhtimise protsesside analüüsimise digitaalse lahenduste kasutusele võtmine, et tõhusalt hallata projektiinfot ning optimeerida tööprotsesse selleks, et pakkuda klientidele suurimat väärtust.

      2025 aastal Geromint OÜ teostas ehitustöid järgmistel suuremate mahtudega objektidel:

      RMK Ussimäe büroohoone ja garaaz, "Valkla Südamekodu" C korpus,

      Riigi Kinnisvara AS, Keskriminaalpolitsei kinnistul,

      Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla AS A-korpuse 8 korrus,

      OÜ Vana Villemi Kõrtsid Pärnus,

      Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla AS Magdaleena üksuse B-korpus

      Juhataja liikmele tasusid ei makstud ning muid erisoodustusi ei tehtud.

      Geromint OÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
