OÜ Flexoil was established in 1998 in Pärnu, where the company's headquarters and sales office are still located. Over the years, the company's activity geography has expanded and sales offices are now located in Pärnu, Rapla, Tallinn, Rakvere, Tartu, Maardu, Viljandi,

Kuressaare and Võru. Packaging and central warehouse are located in Tartu parish, Kärkna village.

In 2022, the previous economic activity continued, which consists of retail and wholesale of oils, lubricants and technical fluids to various companies (agricultural, transport, industrial companies, ships).

In its economic activities, Flexoil OÜ pays great attention to the quality of products and minimizing its environmental impact. Since 2016, the company's activities comply with the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management system standard

ISO 14001:2015.

The company's economic activity is evenly distributed over the entire fiscal year, there is no significant cyclicality and seasonality. Transactions with foreign suppliers and customers take place largely in euros, therefore the exchange rate risk is limited. The company's loan interest rate is partly linked to Euribor, changes in Euribor may also change the company's interest expense.

In the 2023 fiscal year, it is planned to continue economic activity in the same fields of activity. The main goal is to continue to expand the clientele and increase sales volumes both in the European Union and in exports. We invest more in marketing the brands we represent in Estonia.

This year we want to invest more in production. We plan to buy an additional packaging line for soft pack production to increase exports

to Finland and the Baltic countries. We are also preparing an online store to increase sales.
