      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Raikküla Metsad OÜ peamiseks tegevusaladeks on metsakinnistute ostmine, majandmine ja metsamaterjali müük. 2010 aasta ühinesid 8 usaldusühingut Raikküla Metsad Oü´ks.

      Kokku omab ettevõte 130 kinnistut, kokku 1335 hektarit. 2024 a. oli ettevõtte müügitulu 1,76 mln. eurot , millest enamuse moodustas metsamaterjali müük. Majandusaasta lõppes 698 876 eur kasumiga .

      Kinnisvara investeeringuna kajastatakse kinnistutel asuvaid väärtusega metsaalust maad, millel puudub bioloogiline vara. Metsa kajastatakse bioloogilise varana, sõltuvalt tema kasvueast , kas siis käibe või põhivarana.

      2024 aastal oli metsamaterjali turul hinnatase stabiilselt madal. Metsakinnistute hinnad oluliselt muutunud pole.

      2024 aastal tasuti dividende 145 000 eur.

      2025 aastal jätkatakse põhitegevusega, metsaülestöötamisega seotud teenused ostetakse sisse.
