      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Raikküla Metsad OÜ peamiseks tegevusaladeks on metsakinnistute ostmine, majandmine ja metsamaterjali müük. 2010 aasta ühinesid 8 usaldusühingut Raikküla Metsad Oü´ks.

      Kokku omab ettevõte 119 kinnistut, kokku 1329 hektarit.2023 a. oli ettevõtte müügitulu 1,24 mln. eurot , millest enamuse moodustas metsamaterjali müük. Majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga 154 tuh. EUR.

      Kinnisvara investeerinuna kajastatakse kinnistutel asuvaid väärtusega hooneid ja metsaalust maad. Ettevõtte peamine äritegevus on investeerimine metsa ja metsamaasse. Metsa kajastatakse bioloogilise varana, sõltuvalt tema kasvueast , kas siis käibe või põhivarana.

      2023 aastal oli metsamaterjali turul hinnatase stabiilselt madal. Metsakinnistute hinnad on tõusnud.

      Raikküla Metsad OÜ´le intresside tõus märgatavat kahju ei tekita.

      2023 aastal tasuti dividende 150 000 eur.

      2024 aastal jätkatakse põhitegevusega, metsaülestöötamisega seotud teenused ostetakse sisse.
