We are a local utility company whose task is to ensure reliable drinking water supply, waste water management and maintenance of local infrastructures for residential, business and property owners. Our work focuses on practical solutions that keep the community's daily life working.

On a local level, continuous access to clean water, proper removal of sewage and rapid response to damage to pipelines and problems caused by weather conditions - such as frozen pipes or snowflakes - are essential for the protection of public health and assets. In addition, property owners need a clear and regulated way to join the public sewerage and water network.

We work on a fee basis to provide water supply, sewerage services, maintenance and transport services and organised connection processes to local residents, businesses and developers. The operations include both daily supply and waste water management as well as the dispatch of maintenance teams and the use of heavy equipment, if necessary.

We are distinguished by a local and practical approach: we manage large-scale network investments (26 600 metres of sewerage pipelines, six lifting appliances and three waste water treatment plants) and we have machines and teams to intervene quickly. We have two locations in Karksi-Nuia and Abja-Paluoja, published price lists for consumption and works, and a clear, documented process for membership applications, which gives the services the transparency and reliability that the community expects.
