      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Aara Metall tegevuse põhiliseteks eesmärkideks on: igasuguste metalldetailide valmistamine ja konstruktsioonide koostamine vastavalt joonistele. Teenust osutatakse põhiliselt nii Eesti kui ka välismaa juriidilistele isikutele. Viimastel aastatel on olnud suur osatähtsus Soome

      Vabariigi juriidilistele isikutele osutatud tellimustöödel. Majandustegevusele on avaldanud halba mõju kvalifitseeritud tööjõu leidmise raskused ning pandeemiast tingitud materjalide tarneraskused ja transpordiprobleemid. 2022 aastal alanud Ukraina sõda on otseselt mõjutanud materjalide hindasid - need on väga lühikese ajaga mitmekordseks kasvanud. 2024 aastal on Soomest tellimuste summa võrreldes 2023 aasta mahuga langenud 28% peale.

      Majandusaasta tegevuse käive muutus järgnevalt 2024 2023 2022 2021 2020 2019 2018 2017

      Müügitulu 542,7 1019.4 1362.0 986.8 862.1 892.4 821.4 651.5 (tuh.€) 2025 aastal loodetakse käivet taas tõsta 2022 majandusaastaga samale tasemele, vaatamata jätkuvatele tarne-, transpordi- ja tööjõuprobleemidele.

      Keskmiselt oli majandusaasta jooksul ettevõttes tööl 6 inimest, kelle tööjõukulukulu aasta jooksul kokku oli 104,7 tuh. eurot.

      Ettevõtte omanik on ühtlasi ka juhatuse liige, kellele juhatuse liikme ülesannete täitmise eest maksti aasta lõpus väike tasu.. Üle aastate maksti ettevõtte omanikule 2024 aastal välja dividende.

      2017 aastal soetati põhivarana juurde pooleliliolev, remonti ja laiendamist vajav tootmishoone Leholas. Selles on juba praegu võimalik, ning pärast juurdeehituse valmimist kunagi tulevikus, saab valmistama hakata oluliselt suuremaid metallkonstruktsioone, kui seda oli võimalik teha varsemalt kasutatud tootmispinna peal. Paranesid ka töötajate olmetiingimused.

      2023 aastal osteti liisingettevõtetelt välja kõik tootmises kasutatavad sõidukid.

      2024 aasta lõpuks on ära makstud kõik liisingu- ja laenukohustused pankade ees..
