      OÜ STALIKA-VEOD asutati 1999.a. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2011 aastani oli põhitegevuseks ettevalmistus autode juhtimise eksamite sooritamiseks kategooriale A, B, BE, C, CE, D, E.

      2024 aastal OU STALIKA -VEOD põhitegevusaladeks olid: ekskavatori teenused, kaubavedu maanteel, sõiduõpe.

      Ettevotte klientideks on ehitusettevotted, tööstusettevotted, riigi ja kohalike omavalitsuste ettevotted ja samuti ka eraisikud.

      OÜ STALIKA-VEOD eesmärkides 2025. aastal on kindlustada realiseerimise püsiv kasv ja omakapitali tulutase ning reageerida kiiresti turu muutustele.

      OÜ STALIKA-VEOD lõpetas aruandeaasta kahjumiga summas 16180 eurot. Töötajate aastakeskmine arv -3 inimest. Aruandeaasta töötasufond 29556 eurot, s.h.juhatuse likme tasu 9840 eurot. Aruandeaastal ei teinud ühing omanikele kasumist väljamakseid.
