      Rapla Perearstikeskus OÜ alustas oma majandustegevust 01.01.2000.a.

      Firma põhitegevuseks on perearstiabi osutamine Rapla vallas. 2024. aastal muutus perearstikeskuse poolt teenindavate nimistute arv seoses Tervisekassa pilootprojektiga. Alates septembrist 2024 teenindab Rapla Perearstikeskus OÜ nelja nimistut, enne ümberkorraldusi teenindas Rapla Perearstikeskus seitset nimistut.

      Teenuse osutamiseks rendib osaühing ruume aadressil Rapla Alu tee 1.

      Perearstikeskuses oleme keskendunud järjepideva ja tõenduspõhise perearstiabi pakkumisele, teenus hõlmab ennetustegevusi, haiguste diagnoosimist ja ravi, erinevate tervise muudatuste jälgimist ning tervise alast nõustamist. Püsivaks probleemiks on perearstide nappus.
