      OÜ Kevamer A.V on registreeritud Eesti Ettevõtete Äriregistris 29.10.1999 aastal.

      OÜ Kevamer A.V. on autohooldusvahendite Kent ja keevitusmaterjalide Certanium ametlik maaletooja

      Eestis. Alates 2015. aastast on ettevõte uue kaubamärgi Berner autohooldusvahendite edasimüüja.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks 2024.a majandusaastal oli jätkuvalt autohooldusvahendite ja keevitusmaterjalide hulgi- ja jaemüük Eesti Vabariigis.

      Certanium keevituselektroodide müügiga tegeleb ettevõte alates 1999. aastast, Kent autokeemia müügiga alates 2002. aastast. Mõlema kaubamärgi näol on tegemist oma ala tippu kuuluvate toodetega, mis on läbinud korduvad katsed ning kvaliteeditestid.

      Kent, Certanium ja Berner tooteid kasutatakse laialdaselt autonduses, tööstuses, ehituses, laevanduses, teeninduses. Tooted on mõeldud professionaalidele ja neid on kerge ning mugav kasutada. Tänaseks on ettevõtte laos üle 500 erineva toote.

      2024 aasta lõpuks töötas firmas 4 müügikonsultanti, kes pakuvad meie tooteid üle Eesti. Firma omab ka kauplus-müügisalongi, asukohaga Tallinna mnt.93, Pärnu linnas. Klientide paremaks teenindamiseks on alates 2020 aastast avatud E-pood.

      Aastatel 2022 ja 2023 antud pikaajalised laenud 230 000 eurot tagastati ning laenuintresse saadi kokku summas 10 375 eurot. Aasta lõpuks on sõlmitud SEB Liising AS-ga viis kasutusrendi lepingut sõiduautodele Sõiduautosid kasutatavad firma müügiesindajad kaupade müügiks.

      Aruandeaastal soetati põhivara summas 3 177 euro eest ja müüdi 10 976 euro eest. Põhivara amortisatsiooni arvestati 3 901 eurot.

      2024 aasta lõpuks töötas firmas 8 töötajat ja tööjõukulud kokku moodustasid 199 159 eurot.

      2024 aastal oli ettevõtte bilansimaht 485 185 eurot ja aruandeperioodi müügitulu 637 003 eurot.

      Ettevõte majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga summas 32 837 eurot.

      OÜ Kevamer A.V. juhatusse kuulub kaks liiget. Üks juhatuse liige töötab firmas palgalisel ametikohal ja talle arvestati 2024 aastal töötasu 18 000 eurot. Juhatuse liikmetele liikmetasusid ei arvestatud.

      Ettevõtte põhieesmärk järgmisel majandusaastal on turupositsiooni tugevdamine ja laiendamine ning suurendada müüdavate kaupade sortimenti.
