We are a regional forestry and real estate company established in 1999. Our work is based on a practical approach: we support forest owners, businesses and local authorities in forest management, timber procurement and land and real estate transactions.

Many participants in the county face the same challenges - the need for stable and local timber, the carrying out of complex land and real estate transactions and the burden of logistics or temporary storage. These bottlenecks affect both wood processors and individuals and the public sector.

Our task is to reduce these obstacles: we provide forest services and ensure the availability of wood on the regional market, carry out land and real estate transactions, and organise loading, temporary storage and local logistics. We also perform various forest management and contract work according to the agreements.

Different from the long-term presence and practical experience: we combine the operational forestry and real estate service package, which is based on sound financial results (the annual turnover of several million euros reported in the 2024 report). We are working to simplify local supply chains, reduce logistical tensions and make land and real estate transactions more accessible to customers in the region.
