      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Kuivoja Puhkekeskus pakub külastajatele majutus- ja toitlustusteenust. Puhkekeskuses on võimalik ööbida koos lisavooditega kokku 25 inimesel. Lisaks on meil kaks kolmetoalist ratastel maja perepuhkusteks. Suuremateks üritusteks üüritakse välja suurt saali kuni 100-le inimesele. Lisaks on veel saun eraldi hoones ja suur telkimisplats ning spordiväljakud (võrkpall, jooksurada, jalg- ja korvpall)

      Ettevõttes töötas keskmiselt 3 inimest, 2 juhatuse liiget ja 1 töötaja.

      2023.aasta pani kinnituse juba varasemale mõttele tegevus lõpetada ja kinnisvara müüa, pole soovi enam jätkata. Aastal 2024 suvel täitsime viimased püsiklientide soovid ning keskendusime aktiivselt majutustegevuse lõpetamisele ja kinnisvara müügile.

      Aasta lõpul panime ettevõtte kinnisvara müüki, tekkis mitmeid huvilisi, kes soovivad jätkata sama tegevust.

      2025.aastal oleme tegelenud aktiivselt ettevõtte kinnisvara müügiga ja suure tõenäosusega saame oma ettevõtte kinnisvara müüdud ning majutustegevuse lõpetatud.
