      Osaühing Uhmer alustas majandustegevust 01.04.2000 aastal. Tegevusalaks on apteegikaupade müük (apteegi tegevus - kood 47731 EMTAK 2008). Ettevõte jätkas majandusaastal evolutsioonilist arengut.

      Arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekud majandusaastal ei tehtud. Samuti pole neid planeeritud ka järgneval majandusaastal.

      Juhatuse liige juhatamise eest eraldi tasu ei saanud. Samuti pole ette nähtud ka mingeid täiendavaid garantiisid ettevõtte juhatajale töölt lahkumisel.

      Ettevõttes töötas aruandeaastal keskmiselt kaks töötajat.
