      Sissejuhatus

      Põhikirja järgi on 1.märtsist 2000.a. tegevust alustanud Vahur Lõokese Osaühingu põhitegevusalaks autotransporditeenused Eesti Vabariigi piires.

      2018.aastast lõpetati betooniveo teenused ning jätkati mitmesuguste veo- ja tõsteteenuste osutamist spetsiaalse veokiga Volvo FH12 (hüdrotõstukiga).

      Tegevus 2023 majandusaastal oli osaühingu realiseerimise netokäive 294,3 tuh eurot, millest edasimüügi eesmärgil ostetud ja ilma lisatöötluseta edasimüüdud kaubad (autokütus) moodustasid 233,8 tuh eurot (79%) ning tõste- ja veoteenused 60,5 tuh eurot (21%).

      Eesmärgiga saada võimalikult suuremaid autokütuse allahindlusi, teostab osaühing kokkuleppel mitmete FIE-de ja väikefirmadega autokütuse ostud ühiselt.

      2023 a. oli keeruline ja selle lõpetas osaühing kahjumiga. Tõste ja veoteenuste osutamine 2023 aastal vähenes 22,7 % võrra võrreldes 2022 aastaga. Kuna keerulises majandusolukorras klientide leidmine ja tõusnud kütusehindadega konkurentsis püsimine on olnud keeruline, siis veo- ja tõsteteenuse osakaalu langus on ettevõttele avaldanud olulist mõju ja see kajastub ka 2023 aasta tulemuses.

      2023 aastal ettevõte investeeringuid ei teinud ja 2024 aastal hetkel teadaolevaid suuremaid investeeringuid plaanis ei ole.
