      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Areatech osaühingu peamine tegevusala on automatiseeritud juhtimissüsteemide ehitamine ning arvutite ja automaatikaseadmete müük, paigaldamine ja hooldus, milles ettevõte on saavutanud stabiilse mahu ja turuosa. Koos üksuse loomisega Viljandisse pakume lisaks mootorrataste hooldust ja remonti.

      Müügitulu moodustub põhiliselt tegevusest Eesti Vabariigis. Ei ole loobunud eesmärkidest laiendada tegevuse geograafilisi piire.

      Ettevõtte 2023. aasta majandustulemustele avaldas peamist mõju sihikindel töö ja kontrollitult optimaalne kulude tase. Ettevõtte areng jätkub tasa ja targu, sest ebakindluse hääbumise märke nii Eesti kui euroopa majanduseses veel näha ei ole.

      Oma märkimisväärseks eeliseks peame klientidele osutatava teenuse kõrget kvaliteeti ning lisaväärtusena tehinguga kaasnevat professionaalset nõustamist. Teeme kõik, et kliendid kogeks meie teenuseid alati õiglase ja ausana.

      Aruandeaastal oli Areatech osaühingu müügitulu 286 876 eurot. Seda on 18% rohkem, kui eelmisel aastal.

      Areatech osaühingu ärikasumiks kujunes aruandeaastal 18 452 eurot. Ettevõtte kasumiks enne tulumaksustamist kujunes 17 951 eurot ja puhaskasumiks 16 823 eurot.

      Aruandeaastal oli Areatech osaühingus kaks töötajat. Tööjõukulu oli 36 002 eurot ehk 50% enam kui möödunud aastal. Palgasurve jätkumine aastal 2024 sunnib ettevõtet leidma tasakaalupunkti.

      Juhataja tasu tema tegevuse eest juhtorgani liikmena ei arvestatud ega tasutud.

      2023. aastat hinnati üldiselt majanduslanguse ja hinnatõusu aastaks, kuigi madalamad energiahinnad ja tugev tööturg toetasid mõõdukalt majandust. Prognoositakse, et aastal 2024 on Eesti majandus keeruliste üleilmsete olude kiuste jätkuvalt vastupanuvõimeline. Olukorras, kus püsiv alusinflatsioon võib piirata ostujõudu ja finantsstress suurendada riskikartlikust on Areatech osaühing väljakutse ees ka järgmisel majandusaastal tagada ettevõtte jätkusuutlikus.
