      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      1. Majanduslik olukord 2025. aastal oli Eesti majandus sarnaselt kogu Lääne ja Skandinaavia majandusega languses. Võrreldes 2024. aasta näitajatega olid 2025. aastal Eesti ettevõtluse arengutrendid negatiivsed. Inflatsioonimäär kasvas 2025. aastal +4,8%. Aastaga vähenes sisemajanduse koguprodukt (SKT) ca. 0,6%.

      aasta müügitulu oli 7 022 064 Eur (2024. aastal 7 648 761 Eur). Nii igapäevane müük kui ka projektimüük näitasid langust. Käibe vähenemine tulenes turu vähenemisest (turul oli vähem ehitusprojekte).

      3. Investeeringud 2025. aastal tehtud investeeringud põhivarasse hõlmasid mõningaid IT-seadmeid nagu 2 arvutit ja virnastaja lao jaoks. 2024. aasta investeeringute kogusumma oli ligikaudu 40 067 eurot.

      Aastal 2026. OBO BETTERMANN OÜ on planeeritud investeeringud põhivarasse IT-tehnoloogiasse (osa vananenud sülearvutite vahetus), samuti ostetakse kaks uut autot müügi töötajatele ja põrandapesumasin lattu.

      4. Juhtimine, töötajad, palgad 2025. aasta lõpu seisuga töötas ettevõttes 11 inimest. 2025. aastal moodustas ettevõtte tööjõukulu 657,628 eurot.

      5. 2026. aasta arengud 2025. aasta suurimaks probleemiks oli sõda – paraku mõjutas see oluliselt majanduslikku olukorda.

      Samuti on viimastel perioodidel nähtud suurt maksutõusu, mida võib lähitulevikus oodata. Samuti mõjutas Eesti majandust ja turgu tugevalt majanduslangus Skandinaavia ja Lääne-Euroopa turgudel.

      Kuigi sõda pole veel lõppenud, prognoositakse, et Eesti majandus 2026. aastal veidi kasvab. 2026.

      aastaks prognoositakse SKP kasvuks +2,1%. 2026. aastal peaks inflatsioon olema väiksem võrreldes 2025. aastaga, kuid ulatub siiski +2,8%-ni, mis tähendab, et hinnad jätkavad tõusu. Eesti majandust mõjutavad 2025. aastal ka olukord Soomes ja Lääne-Euroopas ning sõda. 2026. aastal on oodata elektrotehniliste paigaldusmaterjalide müügitulu kohalikul turul veidi kasvamist või püsimist samal tasemel. Siiski on geopoliitilise olukorra tõttu oht, et majandus võib uuesti alla minna. Samuti ei ole Eesti turule planeeritud suuri välisinvesteeringuid.

      Meie ettevõtte jaoks on võimalused väikeseks kogukäibe kasvuks 2026. aastal. Müügitulu suurendamine on võimalik ainult läbi turuosa võitmise, kuna meie hinnangul võiks ehitusturg olla sarnane 2025. aasta
